Vectorization of a matrix

Description

This function returns a vector obtained by stacking the columns of x

vec(x)

Argument	Description
`x`	a numeric matrix.

Let x be a \(n\) by \(m\) matrix, then vec(x) is a \(nm\) -dimensional vector.
